This Privacy Policy explains how HAK Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in our iOS apps and on this website. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@hakllc.com.
Our iOS app HAK Cable Size Estimator performs cable sizing on device. We do not collect personal data on our servers.
Website
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider may create basic server logs (e.g., IP address, user-agent, date/time) for security and reliability; we do not combine these with other data or use them to identify you.
App Data & Storage
The app stores your inputs and preferences locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftUI @AppStorage
(which writes to UserDefaults). This data does not leave your device unless you choose to share it (for example, exporting a PDF).
You can clear this data by deleting the app or resetting the app’s settings.
Purchases & Payments
In-app purchases (subscriptions and lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details.
Diagnostics
If you enable “Share with App Developers” on iOS, Apple may share anonymized, aggregated crash logs and analytics with us. We use this only to improve stability and performance and do not use it to identify you.
If You Contact Us
If you email us, we will process your email address, message, and any information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing without your consent.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights & How to Reach Us
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no server-side personal data to access, export, or delete. Some privacy rights under laws like GDPR/CCPA may therefore not apply. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@hakllc.com.
